Our Chief Psychologist, Gillian Hyde, spoke at The Psychometrics Forum’s September event in London.
The event was focused on the ‘Dark Side’ – the Hogan Development Survey (HDS). Gillian has been deeply involved with the HDS since its inception, and PCL published the first UK version of the assessment many years ago.
Gillian’s talk, titled ‘Peeling the onion: case studies demonstrating the deeper and, sometimes, surprising insights gleaned from the HDS’, explored the in-depth nuances of the HDS, using case studies from her coaching and development experience with top-level executives across a range of industries.
Also speaking at the event were Ryne Sherman, Hogan Assessment Systems’ Chief Science Officer, Zsolt Feher, Managing Director of Europe at Hogan Assessment Systems, and David Biggs, Senior Consultant at Advanced People Strategies.
