Following statements issued by the World Health Organisation and our Prime Minister, we would like to provide some information relating to our services in connection with the Coronavirus.
In these uncertain times, PCL are striving to deliver our assessment services, certification workshops and consultancy where possible.
We’re delighted to announce that all of our assessment services, certification workshops and consultancy can be offered remotely. Therefore, if you are using our services, debating whether to become qualified in one of our products or in need of any consultancy from our highly experienced business psychology consultants then look no further!

Assessment Services
PCL’s products are supported by robust psychological research and developed by highly experienced Business Psychology Consultants. These psychometric assessments are taken via our online PsyKey system which will be running as usual!
Therefore, if you are currently using any of our assessments for recruitment or development projects then you will still be able to do so. Once a candidate has taken the assessment, their report will be automatically generated and sent to the email address you chose when the tests were set up.
Any assessments that you need to set up will also be available as usual so please get in contact with our administrative team on the email below, or fill in our test request form from our website for Hogan assessments.
Should you need it, we can continue to offer assessment or developmental feedback or coaching either over the phone or via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/Skype or similar for all of the psychometric assessments that we offer.

Training at PCL
Some of our psychometrics assessment training courses that are designed and delivered by highly experienced psychologists can now be delivered remotely – Risk Type Compass and EQi & EQ-360 are both available online.

We offer free on-demand Hogan webinar training certifications on the following reports: HBRI, Team, General Employability, High Potential Talent, Hogan 360, Leader Focus – Hogan Judgment certification is also available for $125. Plus if you would like to refresh your knowledge on the Hogan subscales, a free webinar is offered as well.

Risk Type Compass

EQ Training
Rushing decisions, especially those influenced by panic, can have devastating consequences during a crisis. On April 22nd we will be running an EQ-i 2.0 & EQ-360 training workshop online via webinar.
Our two-day course qualifies you to administer and deliver feedback on both instruments. It is designed for coaches, HR specialists, leadership consultants, recruiters, business psychologists and trainers. The course fee of £1,600 + VAT provides:
