• EY’s Calene van Zyl will discuss the use of the Risk Type Compass in EY-led behaviour and culture change projects to encourage diversity of thought.
• PCL’s CEO, Geoff Trickey, will highlight the significance of thoughts and feelings and how this defines individual approaches to risk and decision making in individuals and in groups.
• PCL’s Elliot Phillips will present a case study demonstrating the use of the Risk Type Compass in a multinational C-suite project, providing valuable insights for your own work. This will be followed by an interactive session on profile interpretation.
