On March 5th we are running our nexr Hogan tea & talks session, with the following agenda:

1. Stephan Lucks, Managing Psychologist at Pearn Kandola, will talk about his approach to diversity coaching that uses a combination of assessment measures including SJT, 360 and personality data. Please note, this session will cover personality assessments in general, without focusing on Hogan assessments specifically.
2. Continuing our exploration of one HDS scale at a time, Gillian Hyde will focus on the HDS Mischievous Scale, drawing on psychological literature to enhance our understanding of this characteristic.
3. Jayson Blair, Managing Partner and Certified Life Coach at Goose Creek Coaching and Consulting, will discuss how he integrates the Hogan 360 tool in leadership coaching (virtual session).
