We are excited to be running two workshops at the DOP Conference this May 15th, 2024.

Session one: Values: what drives us, divides us, or unites us? Practical workshop on how to use values-based assessment to explore team dynamics and impact team effectiveness.

Led by PCL’s Chief Psychologist and MD, Gillian Hyde, and Hogan Assessments Regional Director UK/ MEA, Maya Krzyzanowska, the primary goal of this workshop is to equip delegates with the knowledge, understanding and practical tools to facilitate values-based team development sessions.

Session two: Risk Type Compass: A qualifying training course.

Led by PCL’s CEO and creator of the Risk Type Compass, Geoff Trickey, the session will cover all the requirements to become a qualified Risk Type Compass practitioner. We’ll demonstrate the remarkable impact of our risk instincts on all the decisions we make, and how the tool is used to support personal development, optimise team performance, and statistically map risk culture.
